An uninhibited open gym format where guests are comfortable rather than intimidated, motivated rather than discouraged, and mindful rather than invasive of their peers. Free weights, such as barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, and resistance bands, are great for multi-joint compound movements which promote functional strength. For this reason, our equipment primarily consists of free weights rather than exercise machines. Our target audience is anyone who enjoys or is interested in free weight styles of training such as bodybuilding, CrossFit, Olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, and strongman.
